What is the ASAR program?

The At-Risk After school Meals component of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) offers federal funding to after school programs that serve a meal or snack and provide educational or enrichment activities to children in low-income areas.

Who does CACFP at-risk serve?

The Program serves children and teenagers who are age 18 or under at the start of the school year.
